Aston Martin unveils the interior of the DBX, its first SUV, with an image. The British manufacturer promises to have kept its characteristic luxury while giving a large place to practicality. Regarding the first aspect, we note in particular on the model to image a dashboard fully covered with a leather wrapping to the central screen. Facing the driver is a digital dashboard.
On the practical side, Aston Martin announces that the storage of the central armrest is deep enough to accommodate 1.5L water bottles or a handbag, and there are pockets on the back of the seats before enveloping. The panoramic roof brings brightness. The British manufacturer says he worked for six months on the only driver position in the vehicle to combine visibility and control of the car. The firm promises a spacious interior, thanks in particular to a long wheelbase. Aston Martin says it has thought about DBX for a new customer base, including women and families, and tested its cabin configurations with panels of independent users.
Already a price
Aston Martin requires, the DBX looks muscular with under his hood a V8 4L twin-turbo original Mercedes-AMG developing 550hp for 700Nm of torque, allowing him to reach 290 km / h.
The British SUV already has a price in euros, for Germany. It will be charged € 193,500, placing itself directly against Lamborghini Urus, Bentley Bentayga and other Range Rover high-end. His official presentation will take place on November 20th in Beijing, China.
