On the occasion of the EICMA, the motorcycle show of Milan, Aston Martin presents for the first time a motorcycle: the AMB 001.
No, it's not an extravagant concept of a two-wheeled car or an invention coming out of nowhere but just a motorcycle. AMB 001 is the first motorcycle of the British manufacturer, built in collaboration with Brough Superior, an English motorcycle brand. The gear is limited to 100 copiesSo it's a collector.
180 hp for 180 kg
The bike is equipped with a V-Twin Turbo of 997 cc of displacement. It develops a power of 180 horses transmitted via a six-speed box. Its modern design is largely inspired by the cars of the English brand while the saddle leather matches the elegance of Aston interiors.
This new creation may well be suitable for both driving enthusiasts and collectors. In both cases it will be easy since each of the 100 copies is displayed at 108 000 euros. The motorcycle is currently being produced and assembled at the Brough Superior factory, located in Toulouse. Deliveries are scheduled for the end of 2020.
