– 300 g of cooked and well drained fragrant Thai rice
– 4 slices of white ham 0.5 cm thick, cut into cubes
– 100 g peas cooked in water
– 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
– 1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
– 3 eggs
– 3 tbsp. soy sauce
– Oil and pepper
