Cyril Lignac unveiled the recipes and ingredients for the "Tous en cuisine" shows from 25 to 29 May: hummus, simmered veal with spices, chicken and vegetable spring rolls, mussels au gratin, Cantonese rice with ham, pasta alle vongole .. To your stoves!

"Everyone in the kitchen", the flagship containment program with Cyril Lignac and Jérôme Anthony, is still on the air, every evening at 6:45 pm on M6, but for how long? A month ago, the boss of M6, Nicolas de Tavernost, announced the extension of the show during "all of May". Since he has not expressed himself and the end of the month is approaching … Will the program, which is a hit, be extended again, while Cyril Lignac's restaurants may soon reopen? In the meantime, Cyril Lignac will still use this "simple recipe" during the week of May 25 to 29: "make a recipe for an hour and all sit at the table having done the same thing, having fun, messing around, dancing, thrilling, that's what makes the show successful", as described by Jérôme Anthony this Friday on Europe 1. "It's a very simple idea, there is a soul in the show, we're proud of it, we're a bit like kids", continued the partner of Cyril Lignac.

The recipes and ingredients for the week's shows from May 25 to 29 have been revealed. On the program: hummus; simmered veal with spices; chimichurri lamb chops, peas; vanilla cake; chicken and vegetable rolls, tangy sauce; Cherry clafoutis ; gratinated mussels, parsley; Cantonese rice with ham; Pasta vongole pasta; strawberries with rose, whipped cream cheese. Monday May 25 Recipes: The Ingredients

ENTRY: HOUMOUS

The ingredients for 4 people :
200g cooked chickpeas
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped, mashed
1 small green seedless pepper, chopped into a puree
8cl tahini sauce
1 lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped flat parsley
some pine nuts
2 tsp. olive oil
fine salt

MAIN COURSE: VEGETABLE SLICED WITH SPICES

The ingredients for 4 people :
700g minced veal
1 peeled and chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1 eggplant, washed and cut into 0.5 cm cubes
100g mixture of crushed pistachios and toasted pine nuts
1 tsp. 1 tsp cumin seeds or powder
1 tsp. 1 tsp paprika

MAIN COURSE: CHIMICHURRI LAMB CHOPS, PEAS

Mixture of washed, leafless, chopped herbs: ½ bunch of flat parsley / ¼ bunch of coriander / ¼ bunch of mint
6 garlic cloves, peeled and degermed
2 pinches of cumin powder
1 lemon
1 orange
20cl olive oil + 1 dash for cooking
Green tabasco
200g peas cooked in water
some toasted and crushed almonds

250g chicken breasts, cut / chopped
1 carrot, peeled and cut into a chopper
1 onion, peeled and chopped
50g washed button mushrooms, diced
125g bean sprouts
50g mango bean noodles soaked in water
3 tsp. soy sauce
1 egg
16 rice cakes
1 tsp. 1 teaspoon corn flour
1 beer
a few salad leaves and mint to serve with spring rolls
sauce: 1 lime juice / 1 tablespoon. teaspoon nuoc mam sauce + sugar

1 sprig of fresh thyme
1 glass of white wine
½ peeled onion, cut into pieces
¼ bunch of parsley, washed and chopped
300g of soft butter in ointment
75g peeled, degermed and chopped garlic
5g of fine salt
100g breadcrumbs
