The recipe for the ham and cheese omelet from Cyril Lignac
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 12 eggs
- 5cl of water
- 2 slices of ham cut into cubes
- 100g grated Gruyere
- 10g butter
- Fine salt and pepper

Step 1 : in a bowl, break the eggs, pour in the water, beat with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
