The ingredients for 4 people :
- 4 yellow peaches, cut into thin strips
- 3 pastry sheets
- 50g + 25g of melted butter
- 80g of tapioca
- 2 tablespoons of slightly melted honey
- 50g toasted and crushed pistachios
The preparation steps for the fine peach tart recipe by Cyril Lignac:
Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2nd step : Coat the front of the pastry sheets with butter and place them in a pie ring (or in a pie dish).
Step 3: pour the tapioca over the pastry sheets.
Step 4: place the peach slices on the tapioca, then a little melted butter with a brush and a nice spoonful of honey.
Step 5: go up the edges of the pastry sheets.
Step 6: bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7: at the end of cooking, carefully remove the tart from the mold. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios
