- Caramelized bananas:
- 1.5 peeled bananas
- 5g butter
- 15g of sugar
The cake dough:
- 2.5 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1.5 tbsp. chia seeds
- 90g of rice milk or other vegetable milk
- ½ lemon juice
- 8g of baking powder
- 210g of rice flour
- 90g sugar
- 1 tonka bean
- 40g melted butter
- 25g sesame oil
- 25g grape seed oil
To make Cyril Lignac's banana cake recipe, you must have:
- 1 knife + 1 board + 1 pan + 1 spatula
- 1 salad bowl + 1 spatula + 1 maryse
- 1 buttered cake mold + 1 wire rack

Cyril Lignac's banana cake preparation steps:
Step 1 : scrape the bananas that you are going to caramelize to remove the starch, cut them lengthwise in 2.
