The production of the Alfa Romeo 4C has stopped. Still in stock, the model will disappear from the catalog soon.
It is the end of the Alfa Romeo 4C, a small two-seater sports marketed as a coupe in 2013 and Spider two years later. The production of both variants has now stopped.
The 4C competed with the Lotus Elise with a central-rear four-cylinder turbo 1750 TBi sending 240h to the rear wheels via a double clutch box for a weight of 895kg dry coupe and only 10kg more Spider. Several special series have emerged.
Still a few cars in stock
It is still possible to buy a new Alfa Romeo 4C by being fast. According to the manufacturer, stocks should be sold by the end of this year.
The shutdown of the 4C is part of a change in strategy of Alfa Romeo, which has just abandoned its sports projects to focus on segments with higher sales volumes.
