The British builder is diversifying with the construction of its first private residential property.
The Sylvan Rock Project
Two hours from Manhattan, nestled in the Hudson Valley, the automotive brand has teamed up with S3 Architecture to design a house of over 555m2. Designed to blend in with its natural surroundings, the property is covered with blackened cedar and borrows its irregular lines from the surrounding rock formations.
With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wine cellar, a swimming pool and a terrace, the building also includes a garage that can hold three vehicles.
In addition to this villa, three small guest houses and a cabin have also been designed to welcome guests within this 22 hectare wooded park.
Aston Martin's real estate conquest
If Sylvan Rock – marketed by Corcoran Country Living for a sum of $ 7.7 million – is the first private house imagined by Aston Martin, the brand is also finalizing the construction of a residential tower 250 meters high in Miami.
From luxury one-bedroom apartments to exceptional penthouses – with an Aston Martin model offered – this project should be finalized in the course of 2022 and thus establish the first steps of the Gaydon firm on the real estate market of luxury.
